Tagxedo is a free Web 2.0 tool where you can create Tagxedos about any topic you want. A Tagxedo puts a bunch of words together into one design. You change the font, color, and layout to your Tagxedo. I think Tagxedo is a pretty solid Web 2.0 tool.
